These terms apply to ohiomanufacturers.com, operated by Top Mark Solutions LLC DBA Ohio Manufacturers Network. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.
Accounts
You must be 18 or older and acting for a business to create an account. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
US Businesses Only
Ohio Manufacturers Directory lists only businesses registered to do business in the United States that are located in, have an address in, or primarily operate in the USA. Listings need a US street address, state and ZIP code, and a US phone number, and the person submitting must confirm the business is registered to do business in the United States. We may ask for proof of registration, send listings to staff review, and remove any listing that does not meet this rule.
Listings and Uploads
You may only submit information, logos, photos and articles you own or have permission to use, and they must be accurate. You give us permission to display, resize and promote what you submit on Ohio Manufacturers Directory and our social channels. We may edit, decline or remove content that is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful or infringing. See our Copyright & DMCA policy.
Paid Plans and Renewals
Verified and Premium plans, the Enterprise tools add-on, Services for Manufacturers listings and promotional blog posts are billed by invoice (Net 30). Plans last one year from activation. All listings renew automatically every year, whatever payment method you use. We email your renewal invoice before the renewal date — nothing you need to do keeps your listing live. To end a listing instead, email [email protected] before your renewal date and it returns to the Free plan.
Directory Information
Listings are supplied by companies or compiled from public sources. We do not guarantee any company's work, and you should check suppliers yourself before doing business. Paid placement is always labeled.
Acceptable Use
Don't scrape the directory, send spam through our forms, try to break site security, or misrepresent who you are.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
