What to Include in a Notice
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The web address of the material on Ohio Manufacturers Directory.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
What We Do

They may send a counter-notice with their signature, contact details, the removed material's address, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and consent to federal court jurisdiction. Unless the complainant tells us they have filed suit, we may restore the material 10 to 14 business days later.
